- Lead time on custom orders is typically 2 weeks (quantity can influence lead time).
- We use a CNC machine to cut the foam, this allows us to use one piece of foam rather than multiple layers of foam glued together.
- Using a CNC allows us to cut much denser foam, We use some of the densest foam on the market.

- Our maximum laser etching size is 12″ x 12″
- Images need to be 2D, 3D logos and images do not transfer well into 2D images.
- We can do sample etches so you can see how your logo will look laser etched.

Changes in altitude, temperature, humidity and geographic location create a “vacuum lock” which can effectively seal a case shut. NANUK’s integrated auto-pressure valve equalizes this atmospheric pressure difference. Using state-of-the-art technology, the micro vent allows air to pass through while preventing water from entering.
